Isabelle TAPSOBA is a management economist, specialized in finance, control and accounting. She has over 25 years of experience in the fields of projects and program development and management for both public and private entities. She also worked as freelance consultant for several years.

This dual experience has allowed Ms. Isabelle TAPSOBA to have a global vision and robust expertise of management issues, including planning, budgeting and control systems. Moreover, she provided meaningful support to several small and medium enterprises to access the international market, including cooperative organizations and enterprises. For example, she put more than 10,000 women producers in business relationships with international buyers (Loders and Crocklaan, subsidiary of the multinational Unilever, the OCCITAN-maker of high-end cosmetics made from shea butter), as well as fair trade companies. This resulted in a 30% increase in revenue for these women.

Isabelle TAPSOBA was decorated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Burkina Faso with the Order of Merit, Staple Economy and Development.
