ABOUT ME:

After graduating at the Universidad Católica Portuguesa in 1981, Joao worked at the largest contractor company from Portugal the Construções Técnicas, Sa where as Assistant Director he was responsible for the organisation of procedures for restructuring of all the Cost Control monitoring and reporting.
In 1987 he founded Orgware, specializing in the IT area and in partnership with Anderson Consulting (presently named Accenture), developed an IT Global Management Solution for the contractor companies. For the next ten years he expanded the activity of Orgware having clients as the biggest and most representative Portuguese contractor companies.
In 1998 he sold the business and dedicated his attention to the Cost Reduction Business, opening the first international office of BCM Business Cost Management. Since then, he dedicates himself to the cost reduction area and efficiency improvement for medium and large organizations, such as financial, telecommunications and industrial Companies.
