BCM is a world leading Cost Management company with offices in multiple countries around the world. BCM has an experienced team which throughout the years has assisted small medium and large organisations to reduce their ongoing cost base with significant success in all business sectors.

BCM started in Finland in 2013 and the operations are managed by Pekka Juvani.

ABOUT ME:

I have a masters degree in business economics (M.Sc. Econ.)and have more than 30 years experience in various senior management functions working with small, medium and large international organisations. Building robust relationships among people on all levels of an organisation, I quickly earn confidence and trust in the services I provide.

Since starting with BCM in 2013, I have successfully completed many cost reduction assignments in various business sectors in Finland, including health care, manufacturing, industrial services and hotel and restaurant business.
